How Does It Work?
➢ We give you pre-printed Boston Butt Gift Certificates in books of 5 or 10.
➢ The members of your organization sell the certificates for a price that You determine.
➢ For each certificate sold your organization pays Barnes a pre-set amount of money. Your organization keeps the rest. Typical profit ranges from $10-15 per butt.
➢ At the end of the sale, turn in unsold certificates.
➢ You’re Done! No Clean-up, No Mess, No Fuss.
How Do You Get Started?
1. Get the Support of members of your organization. Have a planning meeting.
2. Set a Goal for how many Butts you want to sell.
3. Decide when you want to start and how long you want to conduct the sale.
4. Call us at Barnes and discuss your plan. We’ll work out the details and give you some pointers on how to increase sales and make things run smoothly.

Boston Butt Information
➢ Barnes Boston Butts are cooked 14–18 hours using Oak, Hickory, and sometimes Pecan wood.
➢ Pick up at Barnes Restaurant on Waters Ave @ 68th.
➢ Butts average 5–6 lbs., yielding 4–5 lbs. of meat—enough for 12–20 people.
➢ Available Hot or Cold; advance notice helps for Hot, but we’ll work to accommodate.
➢ BBQ Sauce not included but may be purchased with sides.
➢ No expiration—certificates can even be re-gifted.
